1. Who we are
Vectorial is a digital studio based in Lima, Peru, that develops custom software, websites, online stores, and brands for businesses. You can write to us at info@vectorial.design.
2. Services
Our services include, among others:
- Custom software development: CRM, ERP, platforms, and internal systems.
- AI agents and automation: assistants on WhatsApp and the web, integrations between applications, and automated workflows.
- High-performance corporate websites and Shopify online stores.
- Branding and visual identity.
Each project is contracted through a proposal or quote approved by the client, which defines the scope, deliverables, timelines, price, and payment terms. If anything stated in these terms differs from the proposal or the signed contract, the terms agreed in the proposal or contract prevail.
3. Free consultation
The consultation call booked through the site is free and carries no commitment. Any recommendations shared during the call are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding commercial proposal.
4. Scope changes
Requests not included in the approved proposal are evaluated and quoted separately before being carried out. The agreed timelines depend on the client providing the information, access, and approvals the project requires in a timely manner.
5. Payments and invoicing
Payments are made as set out in each proposal. Vectorial issues the corresponding electronic payment receipts in accordance with Peruvian regulations.
6. Third-party services
Some projects depend on third-party platforms, such as hosting services, Shopify, payment gateways, the WhatsApp Business platform, or artificial intelligence providers. Their use is subject to each provider's terms and costs, and Vectorial is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made by those third parties.
7. Intellectual property
- Client deliverables: once the service has been paid in full, the client holds the rights to the final deliverables developed for their project, as set out in the proposal.
- Third-party licenses: platforms, typefaces, images, libraries, and other third-party components are governed by their own licenses.
- Site content: the texts, designs, and materials on vectorial.design belong to Vectorial and may not be reproduced without authorization.
- Portfolio: Vectorial may showcase the work it has completed on its website and social media, unless the client requests a confidentiality agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We treat as confidential the business information the client shares for the project. If the project requires it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
9. Limitation of liability
Vectorial shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of the deliverables once they have been approved by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing the final content (texts, prices, legal information, and spelling) before publishing or using it.
10. Complaints and claims
If you are not satisfied with our service or support, you can file a complaint or claim in our Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or in the applicable regulations. The current version is the one published on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
