At Vectorial Design (hereinafter, "Vectorial") we protect the personal data of visitors to vectorial.design and of our clients. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales), and its regulations.

• Data you provide: name, email, phone number, company, and the information you share when you book a call, contact us via WhatsApp or email, hire a service, or file a complaint.
• Browsing data: pages visited, time spent on the site, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you interact with the site, obtained through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your inquiries and schedule the consultation call.
• To prepare proposals, provide the contracted services, and issue payment receipts.
• To handle complaints and claims, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
• To measure and improve the performance of the site.
• To measure our advertising campaigns and show relevant ads.
• To send you news or content from Vectorial, only if you authorize it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Tools and providers we use

To operate the site and our services, we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Sanity: the site's content management system.
• Calendly: scheduling of consultation calls.
• Google Analytics: visit and usage statistics for the site.
• Google Search Console: the site's performance in Google search results, using aggregated data.
• Microsoft Clarity: user experience analysis (heatmaps and anonymous session recordings).
• Meta Pixel: measurement of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• WhatsApp: communication with clients and prospective clients.

5. International transfer

Several of these providers have servers in the United States and other countries, so your data may be transferred outside Peru. We work with providers that apply recognized security and data protection standards.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for the periods required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection regulations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO rights), as well as any other rights recognized by the applicable regulations, by writing to info@vectorial.design with the subject line "Data protection". We will respond within the time limits established by law.

If you believe we did not address your request, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the applicable regulations. The current version is the one published on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
